For over a decade, SCOPE8 and TK Elevator have cultivated a transformative partnership that has reached across the globe, including Germany, France, Spain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India, and China.

Sander Berkhout, CFO Asia Pacific at TKE and key role in this transformation programme, has kindly shared his view about our partnership:

SCOPE8 has been instrumental in establishing several shared service centres for TKE, each time with a strict control on timeline, cost and deliverables while at the same time managing organisational complexity and sensitivities. In addition, SCOPE8 identified further opportunities for improvement before and during the implementation process that gave us the opportunity to realise efficiencies beyond those outlined in the respective business cases. As a result, each BSC has been a successful key step in further improving backoffice efficiency at TKE – we will therefore certainly consult SCOPE8 when we want to further consolidate and optimize our organisation.

With process transformation at the core of SCOPE8’s methodology, the team not only delivered Business Cases, but also pulled up their sleeves to deploy target processes and organisational changes, reaping the results that TKE was aiming for with the implementation of their Business Service Centres.
