The company provided airside fuelling services across 15 airports, operating in an environment where highly dynamic flight schedules made traditional demand forecasting inadequate. At the same time, parts of the truck fleet required renewal due to obsolescence, while new contracts and expected growth created additional capacity and investment requirements.

- Modelled opportunities to minimise procurement of new vehicles by transferring existing assets between airports for short- or long-term requirements.
- Assessed different fleet renewal scenarios, including the acquisition and disposal of vehicles.
- Incorporated multiple operational variables, including changing demand profiles and the flexibility of flight schedules.
