The client was undertaking a broad digitalisation programme to improve productivity and reduce costs through innovative technologies. While RPA was already being considered, its potential business value was not yet fully understood. Anti-corruption and anti-bribery due diligence was identified as a particularly repetitive and resource-intensive process, with errors potentially resulting in financial and reputational consequences.
